Maintenance of Qingdao handheld laser welding machines is crucial for ensuring long-term stable operation and efficient welding. Here are some key maintenance tips:

Regular Equipment Cleaning:

After each day's work, wipe the equipment surface with a clean, soft non-woven cloth to remove dust and foreign objects. Pay special attention to the welding head, optical lenses, and optical path system to prevent contaminants from affecting laser transmission and focusing.

Regularly clean the dust inside the welding machine, especially the transformer, reactor coils and gaps between coil windings, and power semiconductors. For chillers, clean the dust filter and condenser fins.

Cooling System Maintenance:

Regularly check the operation of the cooling system to ensure the cooling water tank level is normal and the water quality is clean. Replace the cooling water promptly according to usage frequency and cycle (generally every 20-35 days) to prevent impurities from accumulating in the tank.

Monitor the coolant temperature, clean the cooling water channels, and remove scale and impurities. Check the operation of the cooling pump to ensure it is functioning properly.

Optical Component Maintenance:

Regularly inspect and clean optical components such as mirrors and focusing lenses, ensuring they are free of stains and damage. For minor dirt, gently wipe with specialized lens paper and cleaning solution; if any lens is damaged, contact the manufacturer or a professional immediately for replacement.

Replace the protective lens and reflective lens of the handheld head promptly to prevent lens damage and other problems.

Electrical System Inspection:

Secure electrical connections to ensure they are not loose. Clean dust from inside the electrical control cabinet and keep electrical components clean.

Check the power supply voltage to ensure it is stable within the equipment's permissible range. Inspect wires and cables to prevent wear and aging.
