Founded in 2010, Qingdao Mingzu Laser Technology Co., Ltd. is Qingdao's first independent laser brand integrating R&D, production, and sales of laser equipment. In 2023, we established Juzhi Valley to integrate the laser equipment supply chain and create the Qingdao Laser Industry Innovation Center. In 2025, we established a cleanroom workshop to achieve the repair and R&D of high-end equipment such as laser cutting heads. Our process

Step 1

1. First, open the cleanroom for 20-30 minutes. Place the nozzle and QBH inside the cleanroom and let them stand for 3-5 minutes. Prepare all necessary materials and tools. 2. Always wear latex gloves before starting assembly.

Step 2

1. Remove the protective plastic cover of the QBH and insert the ring-shaped sealing rubber gasket of the QBH into the bottom of the QBH.

Step 3

1. After applying a small amount of alcohol to the first cotton swab, wipe the metal surface of the QBH insertion point (do not remove the protective film from the QBH front lens, and do not wipe the lens). 2. After applying alcohol to the second cotton swab, wipe the groove.

Step 4

1. After removing the lens coating from the QBH, place the QBH in front of the microscope. 2. Check the lens for dust on the adjacent display screen, ensuring there is absolutely no dust.

Step 5

1. Remove the two rubber dust covers on the back of the gun body. Align the QBH's locking slot (red dot) with the gun body's locking slot (red dot) and insert it into the gun body. 2. Fully insert the QBH into the gun body, tighten it to the locked position, and then tighten the nut to secure it. After tightening, check that the QBH and gun body are completely locked together without any looseness.

Step 6

1. First, wrap the PTFE tape properly, as shown in the picture (white). 2. Then, protect it with insulating tape, as shown in the picture (black).
